Performance Guarantee
We stand fully behind the quality of our fragrances. If your perfume fails to meet the expected standard in terms of longevity or projection, you are entitled to request a refund. Please note that refunds are issued on the basis of performance only — personal preference regarding scent is not grounds for a return.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must all be satisfied. The item must be returned in its original condition, free from damage or misuse, and accompanied by its original external packaging. Opening the bottle for testing is perfectly acceptable. All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are considered final with respect to product exchange, and this applies without exception.
