Shipping Destination

We currently ship to domestic addresses only. At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders placed from outside the country. We appreciate your understanding and are working to expand our reach in the future.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that processing time may add 1 to 2 business days before your order is handed over to the courier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time. If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
